1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Aredia Digital Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"), based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. They apply when you visit the Creator Vault website, buy Creator Vault, or use any of its content.

By buying or using Creator Vault, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Pricing Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use Creator Vault.

2. What Creator Vault is

Creator Vault is a digital product by Arush. It includes:

• The Faceless Digital Products Mini Course (6 lessons)
• 100,000+ faceless and luxury video clips
• AI prompts and resources

It is an educational product designed to help beginners start building and selling digital products with AI, without showing their face.

3. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to buy and use Creator Vault. By buying, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the details you give us are correct.

4. Your access

• After payment, you'll get access by email.
• Your access lasts [for as long as Creator Vault is available].
• Your access is for you only. Don't share your login details with anyone.
• You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for any activity on your account.

5. Payments and refunds

Creator Vault costs $27 (USD), paid once. Details about payments are in our Pricing Policy. Refunds follow our 14-day action-based guarantee, explained in our Refund Policy.

6. How you can use the content

You can:

• Watch the course and use what you learn to build your own business.
• Use the video clips in your own social media content, such as Reels, Shorts and posts, including content that promotes your own digital products.
• Use the AI prompts to create your own products, content, hooks, scripts and captions.
• Use the content you create with the help of Creator Vault for your own business.

You can't:

• Share, copy, upload or give away the course videos, clip library or prompts.
• Sell, resell or bundle Creator Vault or any of its clips, prompts or lessons as your own product.
• Share your login or let others use your account.
• Record, download or copy the course lessons to share them anywhere.
• Use any content in a way that is illegal, harmful, hateful or misleading.

If you break these rules, we may remove your access without a refund.

7. About the video clips

The clips are provided to help you create faceless content. Some clips may come from third-party sources.

• Social media platforms and countries have their own rules. We can't promise that every clip will be accepted, reach many people, or never be flagged.
• If a platform flags a clip, or anyone raises a copyright concern about a clip, stop using it and let us know. We'll review it and remove it from the library if needed.
• Don't use clips in a way that suggests a person, brand or place in the clip supports your product.

8. Your products and content

You own the digital products and content you create. You're also fully responsible for them. This means:

• Making sure they are legal, honest and not misleading.
• Following the rules of every platform you use, including social media, payment and selling platforms.
• Handling your own customers, taxes and the legal requirements of your country.

9. No income guarantee

Creator Vault teaches a process. It is not a get-rich-quick scheme, and we do not promise or guarantee any income, sales, followers or views.

Any results shared by Arush or our students are their own and are not typical. Your results depend on your effort, your niche, your product, your content and many other things we can't control.

10. Not professional advice

Creator Vault is for learning only. It is not legal, tax, financial or business advice. For those, please speak to a qualified professional.

11. AI tools and other services

The course may show you how to use AI tools and other services that we don't own, like AI chat tools, payment platforms or social media apps. These have their own terms and prices. We aren't responsible for how they work, change or handle your data.

AI can make mistakes. Always check and edit what AI creates before you use or sell it.

12. Our content and brand

The course, lessons, prompts, website, the Creator Vault name and Arush's brand belong to us or are used with permission. Buying Creator Vault gives you permission to use it as described in section 6. It does not give you ownership of it.

13. Reviews and feedback

If you share a review, message or result with us, we may ask to feature it. We'll only use your name, photo or screenshots on our website or ads with your permission.

14. Changes to Creator Vault

We may update, improve, add or remove lessons, clips or resources over time to keep Creator Vault useful. The main parts of what you bought (the course, the clip library and the AI resources) will stay available.

15. Ending your access

We may pause or remove your access if you break these terms, share your account, misuse the content, or file a false chargeback. If this happens because you broke these terms, you won't get a refund.

16. Limits on our responsibility

• Creator Vault is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it working well, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available.
• We aren't responsible for any loss of income, data, accounts or business that comes from using Creator Vault or any third-party tool.
• If we are found responsible for anything, the most we'll owe you is the amount you paid for Creator Vault.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to solve the problem together.

Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your own country.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using Creator Vault after that, it means you accept the updated terms.
